How do I order my Dog On-the-Go Bag

Please email if you are interested in ordering.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship for free to addresses in Canada.

How fast will I receive my products?

Traveling and heading outdoors with your dog takes planning, so please plan ahead for your purchase.  The North40Paws Dog On-The-Go Travel Bag ships in 2-7 days.  Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of the Truelove brand products.

What made you focus on travel and outdoors?

We have a lot of experience travelling and getting outdoors with our dogs, and we have learned over the decades how to be well equipped. We want to focus on products that can make the experience as safe and comfortable as possible.

What is the most important thing to consider on long road trips?

It is very important to stop often for drink and pee breaks.  Dogs will hold their bladder if forced to, which can cause urinary tract infections, so please be sure to allow time in your travels for frequent stops.

Why won't my dog eat when we travel?

It can be stressful on your pup to travel, so don't get too worried if they don't want to eat.  They may be more interested in the new environment.  But please, do make sure that they drink water and stay hydrated.  That is very important.  Eventually they will eat, so don't worry.

My dog gets motion sickness.  What do I do?

We hear you!  Our dog gets car sick, and a 2 day road trip can be very tough without a solution.  There are several natural remedies your veterinarian can recommend as well as anti nausea and anti anxiety medication. You can also try the Dog Anxiety Control Vest in our Well Being collection, which we find works wonders. Please be sure to talk to your veterinarian before you head out on your travels to make sure your pup has a happy and mess free ride.

What about crossing the Canada/USA border?

You don't want to get turned away at the border because you didn't take the proper steps to be prepared.  Please see these links for information on crossing the Canada/USA border with your dog. CanadaUSA
